Salary Adjustments

RISD’s approved 2024-2025 budget includes a 2.5% base rate increase for non-bargaining unit staff positions. Increases will be effective July 1, 2024 and pro-rated based on the date a staff member was hired (or transferred) into a regular or fixed-term position.

Eligible monthly and bi-weekly paid staff will see increases reflected in their paychecks on July 19, 2024.

*Staff in bargaining unit positions should refer to their contracts for information regarding pay.
