Health and Wellness Coverage
Eligible employees have access to competitive, robust health and wellness coverage beginning the first day of the month following their date of hire.
Eligible employees can save toward retirement by contributing pre-tax dollars to RISD’s retirement plan, and receive contributions from the college (subject to eligibility requirements).
Employee Assistance Program
All employees and their family members can access high-quality, reliable and confidential services through an employee assistance program, Coastline EAP.
Eligible employees receive vacation, sick and personal time, as well as a number of paid holidays throughout the year.
