As part of Human Resources, Labor Relations works toward positive and collaborative relations with RISD’s unions and unionized employees. This includes oversight of:
- negotiation and administration of collective bargaining agreements
- advising on labor relations matters
- dispute resolution
- training for managers of represented employees
