Labor Relations

As part of Human Resources, Labor Relations works toward positive and collaborative relations with RISD’s unions and unionized employees. This includes oversight of:

  • negotiation and administration of collective bargaining agreements
  • advising on labor relations matters
  • dispute resolution
  • training for managers of represented employees

Included on this page are the current collective bargaining agreements between RISD and the unions representing its employees, as well other information relevant to unionized faculty and staff as well as their managers.
