On May 2nd, RISD launched its annual End-of-Year Conversation process, an opportunity that enables managers to create a positive and productive work environment that fosters employee success, and ensures that staff are empowered to bring their best self to their work. These conversations are scheduled to take place through June 30, 2022.
Staff who complete electronic reviews should have received a Workday inbox task to begin their Self-Evaluation. Managers should have received the Get Feedback task(s) in their inbox, along with their own Self-Evaluation task.
By now, any manager planning to utilize the Get Feedback option should have sent those requests (deadline to complete was May 20, 2022.) Managers, remember, if you do not plan to collect feedback for your employees, you must skip the task that is awaiting action in your Workday inbox. This will enable you to view your employee’s self-evaluation once the submit it for your review.
