Congratulations on accepting your new opportunity with RISD!
- If you have not already done so, complete the Background Check information sent to your personal email address on file. This information will be sent by Hire Image (email address: automation@instascreen.net.)
- Review your onboarding tasks in Workday and complete your assigned items, including:
- Updating personal and emergency contact information
- Section 1 of Form I-9 (sent via Workday)
- Human Resources will schedule an appointment with you to complete Section 2 of Form I-9 on or before your first day of employment. Review the requirements for Section 2 to ensure that you bring the appropriate documentation to your appointment.
- Direct Deposit and Tax Withholding Information
- Review ITS Onboarding for New Employees
- Anticipate outreach from your manager to discuss first day logistics, including arrival time, meeting place, parking information, attire, etc.
- Review RISD’s staff benefits information so that you will be ready to make your elections in Workday within the required 31 days.
